Our client is working with TM Agency to find their Product Design Leader.

This company is looking to keep growing to develop further their flagship product as well as other products, taking on new product development.
Opportunity Overview:
As their Product Design Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design and UX improvements of the company’s products.
You will be the go-to person for all of the company's Design-related needs, with room to grow as the company grows its business.
Some of what you’ll be doing:
- Managing and developing team members (6-8 people expected).
- Leading the design and UX improvements of new features for different products.
- Considering design rules and building design systems.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Team management experience (3-4 members expected).
- Experience in UI/UX design for web services.
- Experience with Figma.
- Conversational level of Japanese or above
- Conversational level of English or above
Nice to have:
- Experience in UI/UX design for SaaS or B2B services.
- Experience in building and operating design systems.
